A wiry, wide-eyed time traveler with gravity-defying hair and a habit of arriving exactly when things go wrong—often because of him.
Tindle Gearwhip wasn’t supposed to touch the clock.
Not that clock.
Deep within the ticking heart of a wandering city—an enormous, steam-belching chrono-engine that measures more than hours—Tindle found a loose panel, a glowing dial, and a very bad idea. One twist later, and time hiccuped.
Now he drifts between moments like a leaf caught in a sideways breeze—five minutes ahead here, three days behind there, occasionally landing in places that haven’t happened yet. The colossal clock behind him? That’s the Epoch Engine, and it’s been trying to correct his mistake ever since… loudly.
Tindle insists he’s “figuring it out.”
Reality, however, has started disagreeing.
He carries no grand weapon—just a pocketful of misaligned seconds, a head full of half-finished plans, and a strange ability to remember things that haven’t happened yet.
If you see him, check the sky.
If it’s ticking… you’re already late.
